Shipping Information

How will my items be shipped? 

We send all items through our logistics partners DHL, UPS and GLS. If you have provided a valid email address, we will send you a shipping confirmation as soon as your package leaves our logistics centre. This confirmation will include the delivery address and the package number, so that you can track the exact location of your package. 

How long does delivery take? 

The delivery time within Germany is 2 to 3 days. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that you might sometimes need to return an item. To do so, please follow the instructions below. The item must be unwashed, in pristine condition and in its original packaging.

Free return label 

You can create a free return label in our returns portal. You will receive a separate email for this purpose after your order has been dispatched. Please attach the page showing your address and our warehouse address (OK Logistics GmbH & Co. KG) visibly to the outside of your package. 

 If you don’t have access to a printer, you can download the return label as a QR code on your mobile phone. Your local post office will scan the QR code, then print and attach the label to your package. 

The package can be dropped off at any post office free of charge. Please retain the proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Processing time for returns 

Please note that checking and processing returns takes time and can only be done on working days (Monday to Friday). 

Once your return has been received and inspected by OK Logistics GmbH & Co. KG in Hohenwestedt, the amount will be refunded to the payment method you selected when ordering. It can therefore take 7 to 14 working days for you to receive your refund. 

Exchanging an item that doesn’t fit 

Unfortunately, items cannot be exchanged directly. 

Please return any items that don’t fit to OK Logistics GmbH & Co. KG in Hohenwestedt (create the free return label as described above) and place a new order for the items you want. Once the return has been received and inspected by OK Logistics GmbH & Co. KG in Hohenwestedt, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. 

I don’t like an item 

If you don’t like an item, you can return it to us. Once your return has been received and inspected by OK Logistics GmbH & Co. KG in Hohenwestedt, the amount will be refunded to the payment method you selected when ordering.

Wrong item(s) received 

We are sorry that there has been a problem with your order. 

Please send us a short email detailing what went wrong and return the incorrect item to our warehouse in Hohenwestedt (create the free return label as described above). Include a short note in the package stating what you ordered and what you received instead. Please only return wrong items to us! Once the item arrives at our warehouse at OK Logistics GmbH & Co. KG in Hohenwestedt, we will promptly inspect it and send you the correct one. Faulty item(s) received We are sorry that you have received a faulty item. Please send us an email briefly describing the fault. Go to contact form 

Please return the faulty item to us (generate the free return label as described above). Include a note briefly describing the fault and requesting a replacement in perfect condition.
