Returns & Exchanges
We understand that you might sometimes need to return an item. To do so, please follow the instructions below. The item must be unwashed, in pristine condition and in its original packaging.

If you don’t have access to a printer, you can download the return label as a QR code on your mobile phone. Your local post office will scan the QR code, then print and attach the label to your package.
The package can be dropped off at any post office free of charge. Please retain the proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Please note: If the order is delivered to a non-EU country, you will not receive a return label. Please use the Hobby contact form to contact us if you wish to return an item.
Once your return has been received and inspected by OK Logistics GmbH & Co. KG in Hohenwestedt, the amount will be refunded to the payment method you selected when ordering. It can therefore take 7 to 14 working days for you to receive your refund.
Please return any items that don’t fit to OK Logistics GmbH & Co. KG in Hohenwestedt (create the free return label as described above) and place a new order for the items you want. Once the return has been received and inspected by OK Logistics GmbH & Co. KG in Hohenwestedt, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Please note that checking and processing returns takes time and can only be done on working days.
Please send us a short email detailing what went wrong and return the incorrect item to our warehouse in Hohenwestedt (create the free return label as described above). Include a short note in the package stating what you ordered and what you received instead.
Please only return wrong items to us! Once the item arrives at our warehouse at OK Logistics GmbH & Co. KG in Hohenwestedt, we will promptly inspect it and send you the correct one.
Please return the faulty item to us (generate the free return label as described above). Include a note briefly describing the fault and requesting a replacement in perfect condition.

Free return label
You can create a free return label in our returns portal. You will receive a separate email for this purpose after your order has been dispatched. Please attach the page showing your address and our warehouse address (OK Logistics GmbH & Co. Exchanging an item that doesn’t fit
